Before you trust an AI response

A short review you can use for drafts, recommendations and explanations.

1. Purpose and fit

Check the result against the original task.

  • Does it address the intended audience?
  • Does it answer the actual question?
  • Has it respected the constraints and included what was requested?

2. Evidence and reasoning

Focus on the claims that matter most to the decision.

  • Which statements need an original source?
  • What assumptions are being made?
  • What alternatives or limitations are missing?
  • Could the conclusion change if one key assumption is wrong?

3. Your decision

Make a short review note. This is a practical checklist, not an automated fact-check or a professional opinion.

Practical example
Accept: [what is sufficiently supported]
Revise: [what needs correction]
Verify: [what still needs a source]
Decision: [what I will do and why]
